Gap Analysis Services

A Gap Analysis is a technique used to assess the differences between the current and desired performance levels of a company's systems or applications, as well as determine how to meet those requirements. In other words answering the following questions:

i.   Where does the organisation think it is?

ii.  Where is the organisation realistically?

iii. Where does to organisation want to be and when?

A typical Gap Analysis lasts between 10 qnd 20 working days and yields a document describing:

• Answers to the questions above;

• Proposed alternative approaches & an Action Plan;

• Recommendations for the "Way Ahead"..
